How to use this plan

This is a 12-week plan. IN three months you might get 13 weeks. If you get a week extra, it is excellent. But remember you might miss a few days of study because of various reasons like being sick or unexpected guest or an unplanned visit to a PLACE. IN such a case you can compensate using your extra 13th week. This study guide assumes that you will spend 2 – 3 hrs every day for the preparation. You will not require any other book or study material. Our prep course is enough for you to get a high score in GRE. Thousands of students have already proven this fact.

Week 1

Week 1. Day 1

Reading comprehension Strategy Study.

Study the reading comprehension strategy guide. Focus on each sub-question type in RC and read how to answer that with the given strategy. THe crucial part is that you understand the strategy. Another crucial skill is that after this session, you must be able to classify any RC question on its strategy type. You will be able to answer the RC question correctly only by categorizing it and applying the strategy. Many low scorers are not much aware of this identifying question subtype.

 

Week 1. Day 2

Attend a practice test. There are 15 questions. Complete the test and go through one by one question. If question answered correctly, you read the answer explanation and make sure that you got the question right by handling it the same way as the explanation. If not, then try to master the explanation strategy. Also, revisit the strategy guide for particular q type and master it. If you attempt a question wrong, then try to identify Q type and go back to strategy guide and master the strategy again. List out what mistake you made and what was the reason behind that. You will receive questions from that question type in forthcoming practice tests where you can apply the strategy and answer it correctly.
